Spring 2023 Conference on Representing Employees! 

Here you will find the links to all necessary forms and materials for the conference. 

Virtual Attendees: Please use the Sign Out form to fill in the course codes in order to receive your CLE certificate.

In Person Attendees: Please be sure to fill in the Sign In form and the Sign Out form upon arrival and upon departure.  Also note that the online forms will provide us a time stamp of when you signed in and out.

All Attendees must fill out the Evaluation form.  Please note, for your convenience, we have combined both the faculty and program evaluations into one.

Lastly, our esteemed Legislative Committee has requested that you fill out this Google Form to provide information on your state and city representative.  This information will assist in lobbying efforts with state or city elected officials with regard to issues that affect employees.
